At the SQAMIA 2025 workshop, Zoran Budimac Award for the Best Paper will be presented in honour of Professor Zoran Budimac, the initiator and longtime driving force behind the workshop, who embodied a spirit of innovation and dedication to advancing the field.

The award is intended for the best paper authored or co-authored and presented by a young researcher (i.e., the first author should not yet hold a PhD). This tradition reflects the enduring spirit of SQAMIA, which has always placed strong emphasis on encouraging and supporting young researchers.
